Build a career, not just a job.
Precision Castparts Corp. has grown from a small Portland, Oregon investment castings shop into a Fortune 500 manufacturer — and our people have grown right along with it.

Built around what you need
We strive to provide a competitive benefits package that shows our commitment to employee well-being. Specifics depend on job classification and location — here's a sample of what you may be eligible for in the US. Many of these programs are fully paid by the company.
Hear it from the team
From internships to development programs to full-time careers, PCC employees describe a culture that hands them real responsibility from day one.
As with all projects within the PCC Management Development Program, I had a tremendous amount of responsibility. I was always expected to meet or exceed the desired outcome. In Huntington, my main MDP project was to be the chief designer on a $2M project which is now fully implemented.
It would be hard to find an early career opportunity that offers more responsibility and exposure to operations and technical disciplines than PCC's Management Development Program.
I love the incredible diversity of career paths we have at PCC. There are no dead ends. We are fast paced and demanding, so this is not for everyone. But for me, I thrive on the energy and opportunity to grow my career and our business at the same time.
As a member of the TDP, I have had the chance both to connect with colleagues across the corporation, giving me a sense of camaraderie and community, and to meet many key resources in our businesses.
I started at PCC as an intern from Oregon State University while pursuing my degree in Manufacturing and Industrial Engineering. During that six-month internship, I quickly found out that PCC had all I was looking for to develop both as an engineer and as a leader.
PCC's mentor system helped to ensure I was using my full potential. I also like the fact that I was given responsible tasks right from the start, and I felt valued and important throughout my entire assignment.

I have had great opportunities to develop my career at PCC. As a co-op through college, I developed my passion for manufacturing and operations. Now, as a full-time manufacturing supervisor, I enjoy applying all my experience and knowledge to impact our daily operations.
Through the FDP, I have really learned business on multiple levels, especially in the financial and operational fields. One of my rotations included recreating the daily FLEX and managing the data that drives everyday decisions at a deeper level.
Tips on Applying
Using our online application system, you can search current vacancies, upload your resume, and add attachments such as a cover letter. If we don't have your ideal vacancy listed, set up a job alert and we'll notify you by email when we do.
By submitting an application, you agree that your details may be held, processed, and transferred electronically or manually by any PCC entity — in the USA, UK, Europe, or elsewhere — to process your submission or advise you of future opportunities.
Read our Job Applicant Privacy NoticeWe try to keep job requirements as broad as possible — but if we're asking for a certain attribute, it means you'd struggle to do the job without it.
Include what you do outside work or study. For the MDP and FDP, we're also looking for evidence of leadership potential and of making things happen through others — add suitable examples.
Give us enough detail to get a real taste of who you are, without the padding.
Our interview process tends to move quickly, so give us an email address you check daily.
